my dear brother has graduated... finally. if not because of his lecturer giving him one fish at his last semester, he would have had his convocation last year. anyway, it was indeed a proud moment for him. then he sibei yaya papaya, happily wore his gown, held his car keys and scroll on his hand, stood beside his car, cheekily asking me take photo for him. tmd hao lian!

his valedictorian is not bad. one girl from china who speaks impeccable english. certainly much better when i compared her to my faculty's valadictorian. if not for that .02 or .03 of CAPS, it would have ME!!! giving that speech of the century. how i wish he was on mc that day so that i might have a chance to replace him. till today, i still dream of myself on that stage inspiring my cohort about our bright future ahead, giving thanks to our parents, lecturers, friends, the government, the law faculty librarians, the arts faculty japanese food stall auntie etc etc... argh...

but buay hiang kin, i quite like that bonnet of the phd valedictorian just now. i think i look quite wo sey in that colourful gown as well. give me a few more years and i'll be the one saying :" as you remain standing, my fellow graduates, it is a proud day for all of us, our parents and loved ones, who have supported us in our journey here. before we leave this hall, let us take this opportunity to turn to our family and friends and show them our appreciation with a round of applauses. kam siah."

... and the balloons will fall from the ceiling, woohoo!! =)
