i sensed something going wrong
yet i optimistically dismissed it
and remained faithfully hopeful
but unwantedly it happened
i did it right this time
doing it way in advance
but it was not keenly reciprocated
it was sadly disregarded
it had never happen to anyone
i was the last person to be forgotten
yet i was nonchalantly overlooked
maybe i was not important
my requests were not respected
my words fell into deaf ears
maybe i should accept it
but i am still utterly disappointed
