the first sight i set on when i awoke was something i did not want to see
definitely an unwelcoming way to start a day which i had lots of plans for
then the devils paid me a visit
they had an invitation for me
it was so so difficult to shun them off
i do not wish to join their league
but for how long, i wondered
how long can i resist them before i crumble and submit
