7 soaring towers linked by sky gardens
rooting on the playground i used to roam
right in the heart of the business district
the much anticipated design of my dream house was unveiled
i was extremely excited, elated, delighted
much like a boy in anticipation of his long awaited toy car
much like a bachelor having found his dream mate
but my joy momentary came to an end
the time is not right, the cash is not right
how could i possibly be a proud home owner in 5 years
"back off, c'mon, back off", circumstances said truthfully
once again, my joy was short-lived
as usual, good things are never meant to be mine
accept it, man
just accept it
but you never know, you never know
no one can tell the tale of tomorrow
pessimism is the end of dreams
optimism translate dreams into reality
it might just be mine
my dream might still be true
no one can take that away from me
you never know, you never know...
